Our Field Study learning expedition in Boston last month took participants to Microsoft Research, CVS Health’s new Digital Innovation Lab, iRobot headquarters, the Greentown Labs shared space for energy and sustainability startups, and MassMutual’s Society of Grownups, among other stops. The bulk of the event is off-the-record to encourage candor and sharing, but here’s a short audio clip of Society of Grownups CEO Nondini Naqui talking about hiring and creating a separate culture for the new venture, which focuses on financial education.
